7️⃣Lying Hamstring Curls 4x15
8️⃣Hyperextension 4x15
9️⃣Kettlebell Squats 5x15
🔟Oblique Sit up superset with lying leg raises 4x20/10
20 minutes HIIT Cardio (4 minute jog, 30-60 second sprint and repeat 4 times)
