2️⃣Flat machine press 4x10
3️⃣Dip Machine 4 x 10
4️⃣Close Grip Bench Press 4 x 10
5️⃣Seated Smith Machine Press 4 x 10
6️⃣Leg Press 4 x 10
7️⃣Straight-Legged Calf Press 4 x 10
20 minutes HIIT Cardio (4 minute jog, 30-60 second sprint and repeat 4 times)
