Part 3: How I Dropped 10lbs in 10 Days...
Welcome to part 3 of my "how I lost 10lbs in 10 days" series kids, today you're going to need a sense of humor!
If you follow my Instagram stories you will know that I will regularly use coffee enemas. In case you are not aware of what this is, it involves "funneling" organic freshly brewed coffee into the colon, via the rectum - I use a coffee enema kit for this. Yes, I really do put a tube up my ass, in the name of preserving long-term health!
I'm sure some people might find it hard to imagine consuming their coffee like this!!
So what are the *potential* benefits?
Better removal of parasites from the digestive tract
Enhanced energy levels
Removal of heavy metals from the body
Prevention of yeast overgrowth
**These are potential benefits, which I personally believe my body benefits from.**
Bile flow stimulation and glutathione, a well-known antioxidant becoming more prevalent in the GI tract, are some of the reasons why this works so well!
Although not directly linked to fat loss, by helping improve my digestive health I am able to utilize nutrients far more effectively, therefore I don't need to consume as much - this makes sustaining an energy deficit much easier. It also reduces water inflammation because that typically happens when the GI tract is inflamed!
