COMMUNITY MANAGER & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

HEALTH KIK is an online health and fitness coaching business, empowering people to take control of their health through high level guidance with diet & training. Our spectrum of offerings range from 30 Day challenges all the way up to our signature VIP coaching which gives people an entirely customized experience. The Health Kik brand is centred around world renowned trainer, Kris Gethin. 

 

Health Kik is searching for a Community Manager & Administrative Assistant to support the leadership team with busy day to day activities as well as Project Managing different ongoing transformational programs.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project Management of different monthly transformational programs from start to finish (primarily in Trello, Mighty Networks, and Clickfunnels). The Transformational programs consist of several ongoing tasks and quickly moving parts and requires a high level of organization and management within the programs, community, and Health Kik team.

    • Managing team deadlines, company wide responsibilities, and deliverables (content on email and social platforms, live zoom events)

    • Supporting the community members and clients participating in the programs

  • Administrative Assistant to the VIP coaches with client onboarding and database management

    • Managing Client memberships (add, support, cancel) 

      • track follow-ups and action items

  • Managing support@healthkik.com email and answering/troubleshooting client and community questions for all aspects of the Health Kik Empire

  • Managing/troubleshooting inquiries coming from Health Kik social accounts (Mighty Networks, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)

  • Scheduling weekly conference calls with the Health Kik team and community members

    • Team calls as needed

    • Live Coaching calls for the Health Kik community

QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Passionately and highly organized, impeccable attention to detail, thoroughness and follow through, ability to multitask between a variety of projects, technology platforms, and people

  • Love to streamline communications and processes to maximize efficiency

  • Proactive team player in every way and willingness to jump into any task or project that needs attention

  • Comfortable working remotely, self motivated, and accountable for managing personal time, deadlines, and workflow. 

  • Experience working within different time zones and ability to manage complex team calendars

    • This position is remote, with most of the team operating out of MDT (Boise, ID) and BST (England)

    • This is not a typical 9-5 position and requires flexibility with availability (including nights and weekends)

    • Anticipated weekly hours are between 20-25 hours but this is up for discussion in the hiring process

  • Professional and patient customer service skills and communication

  • Experience with working with and between different technology platforms and the ability and interest to easily learn new software

    • Current programs being used are: Google Suite programs and team drives and calendar, Trello, Airtable,Stripe, Click funnels, SLACK, WIX, Klaviyo, Mighty Networks, Instagram, Vimeo, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Trainerize

  • Interest and experience in the fitness and nutrition industry is a bonus but not necessary


 

 * Compensation based on experience. Monthly fixed rate with bonus opportunities.
